The Plázakönyvtár, the only library of its kind in Hungary located in a shopping centre, makes reading and access to knowledge part of everyday life in a modern urban environment. The Agria Park Gallery regularly hosts exhibitions, providing local and regional artists with an opportunity to showcase their work while offering visitors a unique cultural experience.

Thanks to its central location, Agria Park is easily accessible on foot and via the city's public transport network. Electric vehicle charging stations are also available to visitors, providing an opportunity to charge electric vehicles during their visit to Agria Park.
Responsible Operations and Developments
In operating Agria Park, we use a range of technical and operational solutions related to the everyday use of the building.
As part of developments carried out in recent years, modern LED lighting systems have been introduced, and we continue to work on applying up-to-date solutions that support the efficient operation of the building.
The operation and environmental performance of the Agria Park building have also been assessed under the BREEAM In-Use certification system. The building achieved a Very Good rating under the BREEAM In-Use Commercial v6 system, with a score of 57.3%.
The certification assesses specific operational and environmental aspects of the building, providing a clear framework for presenting its performance.
Green Space in the Heart of the City
One of Agria Park's distinctive features is its mature, tree-filled Díszkert. The landscaped park, seasonal floral displays and open spaces are an important part of the surroundings of Agria Park, offering visitors an opportunity to relax in an urban environment.
Díszkert and the adjoining open community spaces also play an important role in the everyday life of Agria Park, providing space for events, meetings and relaxation.
Small Steps in Everyday Life
In our everyday operations, we also pay attention to solutions that can make the use of Agria Park more convenient and conscious for our visitors.
Bottle-filling stations are available to visitors, providing a convenient way to refill reusable water bottles.
Electric vehicle charging stations are also available at Agria Park, allowing visitors to charge their electric vehicles while they are here.
